Entertainments will keep and maintain a Clients Account originally known as a Solicitors Reserve Account now named Client Deposit Manager, which will keep safe all monies held on behalf of their clients and / or their artistes.This account will be audited annually in accordance with paragraphs 9 and 10 of Schedule 2 of the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.
