A.R.C. Entertainments needs to hold certain personal information about it's Entertainers and Clients, especially regular Clients. However, the information is only held for as long as it is needed to complete the contract, or is required by law (see below). This may require us to ask for your information every time you make a new enquiry;
(unless you have agreed to us holding your information on file.)
Entertainers information will consist of: Real name, Stage name, Address, Telephone numbers, Email address, Date of birth, National Insurance number (or Tax Reference number), Copies of Public Liability, Equity number (if applicable), Risk assessments, Bank details (these are stored with the secure online banking and any correspondence (emails or texts) holding these details are deleted immediately after being used), Artistes skills, Name and Address of referees and Membership of any relevant bodies.
Clients information will consist of: Name, Home or Business address whichever is applicable, Telephone numbers, Email address, *Bank details, *VAT number, *Company number, *Charity number (*if applicable), and other relevant information.
NOTE TO ENTERTAINERS:
In order to comply with the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Business Regulations 2003, Statutory Instrument 3319 of the Department of Trade and Industry Regulations 2003. The following information is required to be held on all our Artistes. For a minimum period of 6 years as required by the Inland Revenue. Other than for advertising purposes of your act for which you are giving us permission to use on our website, all personal information is for our purposes only and will not be sold or passed on to any other agency without your permission.
